Katie Goodman is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and a facilitator of emotional transformation. Katie is a Connecticut native, having grown up in the state and then obtained her B.A. from Trinity College and her M.A. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Together with her clients, Katie targets desired areas for improvement and generates step-by-step goals to help spark behavioral changes and emotional growth. She specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Biofeedback, while always tailoring her approach to suit the individual client's needs. Above all, Katie believes in taking a strengths-based approach and creating a positive therapeutic environment where clients are empowered to reach their highest level of self-actualization.
